Events with Taste is a complete special event design and production company. Our design team excels in creating innovative designs that do more than attract attention – they make statements.

Everything from cutting edge design to exquisitely built and well maintained props to perfectly executed installations – we do it all. Theatrical events, corporate dinners, social galas, product launches, weddings and much more!

Each event is managed logistically and financially from start to finish by a senior event manager who will remain on site for the duration of your event. We will supervise every vendor or talent hired for your event, as well as work with those who are participating in and contributing to the event process.

We are prepared to handle all of your logistics from crowd control, entertainment, transportation, permits and technical requirements such as lighting, special effects and audio visual. Our production schedules and financial outlines are detailed to ensure timeliness and completion within your budget.

Floral
Events with Taste partners with only the best floral designers in the southeast to make your event a one-stop event planning source. From the most elegant museum settings to modern loft spaces to ballroom wedding receptions, our floral designers customize each arrangement to complete the look and feel of your celebration.

Service Staff
Events with Taste provides appropriate staff for your event. Our clients frequently comment on the professionalism of our service staff. We try to match knowledge, skills, and abilities of our staff to the dynamics of each event. As a full-service catering company, we hire experienced chefs, knowledgeable bartenders and professional servers. All staffing costs will be included in you proposal and contract.

Lighting and Sound
Events with Taste offer the ability to enhance the décor, sound and ambiance of a given space through the use of artistic lighting and audio. Our lighting designer and creative team will carry the theme of the event to create continuity and provide visual beauty to your audience. We offer a total solution for your special event and coordinate all the necessary components to make every event flawless.

Entertainment
From background music to backup singers we know them all! We know deejays, bands, magicians, comedians, string quartets and classical guitarists. Providing the perfect entertainment choices can make your event and we can coordinate everything from the simple to the most theatrical entertainment options for our clients.

Terms and policies
Events with Taste does not bill for services. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a $500 deposit is required to secure your date and final payment is due before the event. Due to working with all fresh ingredients, food selections must be finalized no later than 10 days from your event date. Final guest count must be supplied by the client to Events with Taste 10 days prior to the event date. If we do not receive your final count, the approximate guest count listed in your proposal will be the minimum accepted by Events with Taste. We reserve the right to adjust your invoice if the correct guest count is not given. We will attempt to make every effort to accommodate increases in guest count, although some menu items may vary due to availability. Unless otherwise agreed upon or a tax exempt certificate is provided, a 9.25% Sales tax is added to the final bill for all food, beverage and other taxable items. A 20% Service charge is also applied to food, beverage, rentals and linens.
